FedEx, the FedEx logo, and all other FedEx-related trademarks and service marks displayed in or by the Solution are the property of Federal Express Corporation and its affiliates. All use of FedEx marks by the Solution is by permission and subject to FedEx's brand standards.

Circular Momentum is not affiliated with FedEx, is not an agent of FedEx, and does not provide FedEx-branded shipping services directly. Shipping services arranged through the Solution are provided by Federal Express Corporation and are subject to FedEx's own terms, conditions, tariffs, and Service Guide.

Inquiries regarding FedEx services, billing, or shipment-specific issues should be directed to FedEx Customer Service. Inquiries regarding the Solution itself should be directed to Circular Momentum support.
